The Visual Art House is a collaboration of 19 visual arts organisations
Together with its members, the Visual Art House aims to reform the visual arts sector in terms of cooperation, operating models and services, and to bring member organisations under one roof. The House is made up of leading artist-led organisations in the field, and under their leadership, the Visual Art House is becoming the newest and most vibrant centre for contemporary art. The House’s operating model aims to strengthen and grow the visual arts sector by not just collaborating but working together. The member organisations have a wide range of expertise in contemporary art, from image rights to different art techniques and international export.
The Visual Art House enables organisations to continue to operate independently more effectively, while providing shared spaces and models for exhibition and programming, technical and support services for exhibition activities, more up-to-date and functional workspaces, an international presence in the art trade, both digitally and at the grassroots level, new revenue-generating opportunities, as well as marketing communications services, development of activities as a service, and coordination of training and advocacy.

Association of Finnish Printmakers
A national association of graphic artists and draughtsmen that promotes the recognition and visibility of graphic art and drawing as part of a diverse contemporary art scene.
Association of Finnish Sculptors
A national organisation of professional sculptors that promotes and presents Finnish sculpture and spatial art in Finland and abroad.
Association of Photographic Artists
A national association whose mission is to strengthen the social status and appreciation of photography and photographers in Finland.

The Centre for Finnish Media Art, which aims to disseminate and promote Finnish media art and culture.
Finnish Art Society
A promoter and supporter of Finnish visual arts, which awards grants and prizes to artists and writers and produces exhibitions.
Finnish Artists’ Studio Foundation
A foundation set up by visual artists to provide and rent affordable studios, studio apartments and other working spaces for visual artists.
Finnish Comics Society
An umbrella organisation for comic book creators, comic book readers, collectors, critics, translators and researchers, and a specialist organisation for the comic book industry.
Finnish Light Art Society FLASH
An association of photographers across artistic boundaries, which promotes the development of the professional skills of photographers and the status of artists.
Finnish Painters' Union
A national organisation of professional painters working to promote the visual arts and improve the professional and social interests of visual artists.
Frame Contemporary Art Finland
An organisation and information centre for contemporary art that strengthens the position of Finnish contemporary art, promotes international activities and produces information on contemporary art.
Helsinki Artists' Association
An organisation promoting the professional interests of professional artists in Helsinki, whose core activities are exhibition and art rental activities, as well as courses and training activities in the visual arts.
Kettuki ry
A national network of experts in the field, representing all artists with special needs in Finland.
Kuvasto ry
A copyright organisation that promotes the copyright of visual artists and the conditions for making art.
Marginaalitaiteen tuki ry
A performer of more marginal art, known for its diverse cross-artistic events in addition to its exhibitions.

A community that promotes the visual arts from an experimental and open-minded perspective, with a strong focus on encouraging collaboration and mutual support between artists.
