About the exhibition
My exhibition “Aesthetic takeaway” consists of new oil and tempera paintings.
The details of nature’s nutrient cycle have been the essence of my work in recent years
– collecting visual observations while slowly moving across different terrains. In my working process, I embrace the idea of liberating the observation that served as a starting point and painting the observation invisible.
Like painters in the Romantic era, I use nature as a tool and I´m fascinated by the “wild”.
My works are visual interpretations of essential elements of natural diversity, but they are also manifestations of nature tourism and non-degradable objects born from experiencing the world.
